A traditional Palestinian Cheese, the specialty of the Palestinian city Nablus. While traditionally this cheese is made using a mixture of ewe and goat milk (a variety we also sell here see link below), this is an alternative for those who prefer cow milk to the more pungent other milks.
The Milk used for making this cheese is sourced locally and therefore this cheese is the produce of the UAE.
Also this cheese is packed ready to eat, which means unlike its counterpart DS Goat's Milk Nabulsi Cheese this cheese does not require boiling or overnight soaking to sweeten and soften. That said, it does have a shorter shelf life so make sure to consume within its expiry date.
