This is a staple Palestinian Cuisine pickle with a very distinct sour and spicy flavor. Both the green chilis and lemons are sourced from the local organic farmers and packed in our beautiful premium extra virgin olive oil, which eventually becomes a great flavored oil for salad dressings and drizzling over foods.
It is usually served as relish especially with stews and rice-based dishes, and is also delicious with warm soft bread. A fantastic addition to Labneh for a spicy kick, works great in sandwiches, especially good with chicken and fish. An excellent addition to baked fish or salmon during the cooking or after cooking as a crust.
