Orange Blossom water is famous in Middle Eastern sweets making. It is also well used in Moroccan cooking. The most important factor is the aroma, it has to be pungent, and this right here packs amazing aroma. Fresh from the Lebanese farms, this blossom water is made to perfection in Lebanon.
Use in baking, cooking or in making Cafe Blanc (mixed with boiling water). I love adding it to druit salads and lemonades too.
